These items are made to order in partnership with production facilities in the USA and Europe. Your order will be shipped from the location closest to you for faster delivery - typically within 1 - 3 weeks. What is the returns policy on this product?
- Damaged items: Must be reported within 30 days and supported by photos.
- Address issues: If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address and the item is returned, reshipping costs are covered by the store owner.
- Wrong size or buyer’s remorse: Not eligible for return, as the product is custom made.
