1. South African-Made Merchandise

What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders within South Africa.

How long does shipping take?

• Western Cape: Usually overnight

• Gauteng & other areas: 3–5 working days (based on Courier Guy standard delivery times)

Who is your courier?
We use The Courier Guy for all local deliveries.

Is shipping tracked?
Yes. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is collected by the courier.

2. Print-on-Demand Merchandise (via Printful)

What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free worldwide.

How long does shipping take?
Please allow 1–3 weeks for delivery. These items are custom-made and fulfilled by Printful, so we appreciate your patience.

Is shipping tracked?
Yes. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched from the Printful facility.

Orders are shipped from the nearest Printful fulfillment center - whether in the USA, Europe, Asia, or elsewhere - depending on your location.
